Mingsheng Plaza

Changsha Mingsheng Plaza project is the Annual key project of Changsha in 2015, which is highly valued by the local government. 

This project is located at a quite competitive and easy to reach area, the crossroads of Laodong Road and Jingzhu High-way, the new urban district of Changsha. 15mins drive from the Changsha Huanghua Airport and 8mins drive from the Changsha High-speed Railway Station. Also, along Laodong Road there is a stop of subway line 4 named Jingzhu East Station.

Zoo mall is the key idea of this design. With the rapid development of e-commerce, traditional business models, such as a department store or a shopping center with single mode, become increasingly difficult to meet the diverse needs of consumers. Although this project has a very convenient traffic conditions, but there is still some distance from the downtown. Therefore, to attract consumers for leisure and shopping, a clear, attractive theme becomes a very critical point. With the consideration of the environment around the base, the combination of idea of zoo and the relatively lively shopping street, and also the combination of the arboretum and office park, could be a great idea.
