朱延迪先生先后就职于全球十大建筑设计公司Aedas、英国Atkins、上海华东建筑设计研究总院。硕士毕业于英国剑桥大学，在多项建筑设计竞赛中屡获殊荣，其中包含一系列国际国内建筑设计大奖。朱先生负责或参与设计了一系列大型重点项目，在大型综合体、商业零售、超高层办公及星级酒店类型项目，有着丰富且专业的设计经验。

另外，凭借着多年的项目开发经验，朱先生更擅长以开发商的角度协助其找到合适的开发及运营模式，通过资源整合为业主提供高效优质的解决方案。

Mr. Yandi Zhu has worked for Atkins, ECADI, and the world's top ten architectural design companies Aedas. Mr. Zhu studied at the University of Cambridge, UK and gained a master degree. He has obtained one international and seven national awards in various architectural design competitions. He has rich and professional design experience especially in large-scale mixed-use, retail, office and star hotel projects.

In addition, with many years of project development experience, Mr. Zhu specialize in assisting developers to find suitable development and operation models from the perspective of clients, and providing efficient and high-quality solutions.
